Dan Cox, a licensed Q grader, has traveled to 21 coffee producing countries and visited over 170 coffee roasting and extract facilities worldwide. Â Recognized as an authority on coffee, Dan’s expertise is frequently requested by the media on all things coffee. Dan is extremely active in the coffee industry, having held top positions within trade associations and nonprofit coffee related organizations. Dan was inducted into the Lifetime Achievement Award club of the SCAA in May 2012, and loves coffee ice cream!
Jenny Findlay-Shirras
Manager of Coffee Extracts & Ingredients
Jenny graduated from Lyndon State College in 2002 with a B.A. in Graphic Design. After several years of putting her design skills to work she began to focus on Marketing and Account Management. Jen joined Coffee Extracts & Ingredients as Customer Service Manager in June of 2010 and became Manager of Coffee Extracts & Ingredients in 2013.
