Jeff Alpert has overall responsibility for Coffee Extracts & Ingredients. Jeff’s professional career has been focused in sales and sales management. His experience spans from a Fortune 500 corporation to mid-sized multi-million dollar companies to small start-up businesses. With over 24 years in the corporate world, Jeff still has the same drive and enthusiasm he had when he made his first sale. One of the most essential elements of good business that Jeff has learned is the importance of Customer Service. Listening, paying undivided attention, and delivering what you promise in the time frame that you promise is the prescription for success. Jeff insists that this be the standard operating procedure and a hallmark of Coffee Extracts & Ingredients. Jeff is a graduate of Boston University with a B.S. in Public Relations, concentrating in Corporate Marketing. He is a native Vermonter and lives in Shelburne with his wife Beth and their two teen-aged children, Sam and Rebecca.
